You would have to be a hermit not to see that Christmas is looming. As soon as the last sweet has been eaten from Halloween (by me) and the final rocket has been let off on Bonfire Night, a plastic Santa is waving his over sized hand from every shop on the high street. One thing this does do, is make me focus. Christmas Presents/ Christmas Events / Party Outfits. They all need to be ticked, ticked, ticked. I hope November’s Edit might give you a little push in the right direction before the real countdown begins.

Until I had my bike serviced by Ultimate Bikes, it felt like I was peddling a tractor, now I feel like a triathlon is within reach – my bike is running like a dream.
