The Lace Blouse Edit : Ebony or Ivory?

A lace blouse is my preferred evening/party/smart day top (if that’s a style…) It is very forgiving, feminine and on the money this year. The shops reflect this and there are a multitude pretty blouses around – all with a Victorian vibe.  Today I have popped over to House of Fraser as they have a multitude of brands that have hopped on the lace blouse bandwagon. I am already so there, the question is – what camp you are, ebony or ivory?

Are you ebony or ivory?

There don’t seem to be any other colours and perhaps this is for a very good reason, that if you are going to flounce – you want to do it neutrally!

If you still aren’t sure about this look, these images from Pinterest will give you a good idea.

Hollow cut, laser cut, ruffle, high neck (not all at once – although some do!)

Are you in team white?

So, which camp are you? I personally like a bit of winter white as in the evenings over Autumn/Winter everyone is black. TLM Edit is reflecting my winter white penchant too – now I just need a bit of a tan!  xx

This post is written in collaboration with House of Fraser but all picks and opinions are my own!
