What is the best way to say ‘I love you’? It’s the ‘L’ question we all start wondering about around Valentine’s Day. With 14th February looming, it’s time to make some plans with the special person in your life or pick up some presents to show your love for them.

Meal kits and food delivery services have really started wowing me during lockdown and many of them are offering special Valentine’s themed boxes to make the most romantic day of the year memorable. Maybe it’s time to impress your partner with your culinary skills or agree on something you can make together.

I’m also loving the heart decorations — especially the fairy lights — for bringing some romantic red and pink hues into the house. If there’s any excuse to add more red and pink into your decor, Valentine’s could be just the thing to upgrade your interiors.

Holiday season is almost upon us, so it’s time to stock up on the Christmas decorations! I know it doesn’t feel like it usually does but one of the ‘normal’ things we can still do is decorate for Christmas. With so much time at home, are you feeling tempted to do it earlier than usual? I know I am… if only to brighten the place up and welcome in some festive cheer.

My Christmas shopping is almost complete and I’ve made a list of all of the lovely festive food I’ll be picking up nearer the big day. So, all that’s left is the wrapping and decorating.
